The Situation
An online education technology company engaged LHA to present management’s growth strategy to the investment community. With the near-term goal of conducting an IPO, management was consulting with LHA on various capital raise options including pre-IPO and in conjunction with an IPO.

In addition, through LHA’s outreach we cultivated interest from multiple leading investment banks to conduct a pre-IPO capital raise. The company is currently considering funding alternatives and an IPO plan.
