Kirsten F.
Chapman,

Kirsten Chapman is
charged with the specific tasks of managing daily
contact with clients and their investors including
advising clients on events such as product crises,
media crises, declining stock price, and other
company financial matters and announcements. She
performs the account activities of managing and
writing strategic documents such as due diligence
plans, IR plans, press releases, conference call
scripts, presentations, and fact sheets. In
addition, she arranges sell-side and buy-side
introductions, determining investment community
perceptions through conference call follow-ups,
perception studies, and general investor calls.
Ms. Chapman joined
LHA in 1999 from Glenborough Realty Trust
Incorporated, where she was head of the Investor
Relations Department, which had a $1.2 billion
market cap at the time. Prior, she held various
posts at J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.,
beginning as a Financial Manager and exiting as a
Vice President in the real estate investment group.
During her JPMIM tenure she carried out a number of
tasks related to financial analysis, fund management
and reporting, and business development. She began
her career at Chase Manhattan Bank. While at JPMIM,
Ms. Chapman earned her MBA from Fordham University
at night. She received her BS from Lehigh
University. She is a member of the National
Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and has served
on the board for the San Francisco chapter.
