Amy Gibbons brings over 15 years of Institutional Sales and Capital Markets experience to LHA, having participated in numerous underwritings including IPOs, secondary offerings and PIPEs with small- and mid-cap companies in a variety of industries. With her capital markets experience, she brings first-hand knowledge of investors’ behavior, motivation and information needs to bear in advising clients on communicating earnings and significant milestones, stock price valuation, investor positioning and other company financial matters. Prior to joining LHA in 2007, Ms. Gibbons was a Senior Vice President with A.G. Edwards & Sons where she consistently achieved President’s and Chairman’s council sales recognition during her 11 years with the firm. Her Institutional Sales experience also includes positions with First Manhattan Co., ScotiaMcLeod, Inc., USA and Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. Ms. Gibbons received an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a BA from Wheaton College. She holds a certificate in Investor Relations from the School of Professional and Continuing Education at NYU and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
